• Established in 1928, the JCCGV is a not for profit organization
servicing the needs of our greater community.
• We are a founding member of the original Community Chest/
Red Feather Organization now known as the United Way.
• We have over 4,500 members and over 6,000 additional people
who use our facilities and programs every year.
• We are very proud of our ability to be inclusive, offering
Scholarships and subsidies for all of our programs and services.
The JCC Sports Dinner
We have been fortunate enough to see the JCC Sports Dinner
successfully grow over the years. An entertaining evening that
honours sports and athletes in BC, the JCC Sports Dinner is a fundraiser
at heart.
All the money raised from the Dinner goes directly into the
operating budget of the JCCGV, ensuring that we are able to
offer scholarships and subsidies for our programs, as well as
no fees on some of the services our members count on the
most.
By purchasing an ad in our souvenir program, donating an
item to our auction, buying a table or a ticket or becoming a
corporate sponsor, you will be directly enabling us to remain an
inclusive, vibrant, effective JCCGV. Your support will make a
difference.
